IESI ensured construction oversight and regulatory compliance.
INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS, INC. has assisted our clients with permitting compliance at numerous facility locations across the US. We have prepared contingency plans, SPCC plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans and a variety of other local fire and conservation permitting plans.
IESI has also provided permitting support for clients during underground storage tanks removals, building demolition and overall site redevelopment. Permitting support included town approvals, and wetlands permitting coordination.
IESI was involved in projects where we have been responsible for ensuring that construction activities are being conducted in accordance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, the Special Project Designation assigned to the project by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and with the DEP approved soil management plans.
We have been responsible for reviewing and approving all disposal facilities, Bills of Lading and Hazardous Waste Manifests that were used to manage over 500,000 tons of excavated soils. We worked closely with the contractors and field engineers to develop an efficient and effective soil management process.
